I forgot to state that my computers are not connected to the internet so I use MAK over the telephone to activate. Would maybe a windows update or intel driver update cause this problem?
And when I try to activate over telephone, same result. Step 2 has nothing there for installation id, and confirmation id in step 3 is still greyed out.
