Cons: Annoying "not for commercial use" at the top. I get the point Microsoft - no need to have it linger. Pros: The software was easy to install on the 1st computer that was a 32 bit windows 7 machine. Yep, if 1 out of 3 aint bad, then this product rocks. Too bad 2 out of 3 didn't work. Cons: I tried several times to install the 64 bit version on my newer machine that was running windows 7.
It would not install and gave me the error about having to remove the previous 64 bit old version. I did that, and then tried again, and it would not reinstall even after I removed the old version. So then, I just upgraded to Windows 8 and tried it again, but much to my saddness there is no longer a downloadable link in my account to download the 32 bit version, which I now see New Egg has put up a notice about running office as 32 bit even on a 64 bit machine!
A little late for that notice! Overall Review: I am very bummed as I bought this thinking it would be great in that I could put it on 3 machines at home.
Well, I got it on one machine and the bummer is that its the oldest machine which we seldom use!!!!! Did I mention I am disappointed? If not, let me say I am disappointing! Very bummed. Did I mention that already? Pros: Both 32 and 64bit, was able to download it less than a hour after payment on a Sunday night.
Overall Review: Use the Newegg Downloader. It's safe and will resume. I had a momentary blackout just my luck about MB into the download using firefox.
The download didn't want to restart. I installed the Newegg downloader and was able to restart the download. Pros: Was able to download within the hour that I paid for it. Newegg sends an email with easy instructions on how to download it after the payment method is confirmed. Way cheaper than buying this from the Microsoft website. Cons: this has to be the most difficult word program I have ever used.

Cons: Just to be clear this does not include Outlook any more in this version. Some users are dropping the rating for it. They product is very clear it does not include Outlook, past versions did. For my this is not a big deal since I use web based mail, but you have to go up to the standard version if you want Outlook.
