I'm trying to upgrade my wife's Outlook program. She has been running Office on a PC running Windows 7 for the past 4 - 5 years. Recently she got an incredible offer from Microsoft to upgrade her Office software she's a university instructor through the Home Use Program HUP.
After paying the fee, she received a link to download the software which she did. I was asked to install it for microsoft outlook 2007 upgrade to 2013 free download and got Word, Excel and PowerPoint all upgraded.
In addition, programs she didn't have were installed eg Publisher. All of that was good, but what didn't happen is an automatic upgrade of Outlook to Outlook I'm assuming that's because I'll have to set Outlook up again? But my wife wants to have all of the emails currently in to be ported over to And that's where I'm stuck. I don't know how to help her with that. When I realized that Outlook was installed but the short cut icon on the Taskbar was still the version, I had the solution.
Next, I unpinned microsoft outlook 2007 upgrade to 2013 free download icon and pinned the icon so my wife can use the shortcut as she always has. That has cured the problem! Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another.
